Dezignz By Maree is a registered business of Maree Starkey and Dezignz By Maree will be used throughout these terms to represent the same entity.

When you purchase from Dezignz By Maree we collect the personal information you provide, such as email, address and your name which we use to process your order. When you browse our site we will also automatically receive your computers IP address, from a computers IP address it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer, but otherwise it is anonymous.
Only the portions of your personal information that are required to process and ship your order are shared with our payment processing provider and shipping carrier. This information will only be used to fulfil your order.
If you enter giveaways or competitions your email will automatically be added to our email newsletter database.
We will not sell, lease or distribute your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required to do so by law or if you violate our terms and conditions. We can not be responsible for third party providers such as payment gateways and recommend that you read their privacy policies.

When purchasing from Dezignz By Maree your payments pass through a secure server, we use the shopping platform SHOPIFY INC. Your data will be stored through the SHOPIFY data storage and database. This is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.
Our shopping platform Shopify Inc will store your credit card data and is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. This information is only stored long enough to complete your transaction and then is deleted. This website uses Google Analytics to help us learn more about who visits our site and what pages they choose to look at. This is a general overview only.

Discount Codes
- Please note only one code can be used at checkout at any one time.
- If you forget to use a code we are unable to refund/credit the difference, codes cannot be honoured once payment is made. No codes can be honoured outside their time frames and we do not backdate sale codes.
- Items purchased using a discount code are sale items and cannot be returned for a refund, however are eligible for credit as per our return policy. THIS EXCLUDES FINAL SALE ITEMS.

Dezignz by Maree prices are all in AUD and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Prices on our site are subject to change without notice.
