Shipping policy

Due to the nature of our headpieces we happily allow pick up from our home workshop in Newport (Queensland 4020). We understand though that this is not always possible so we have safe and secure shipping for customers would prefer their Dezignz by Maree headpiece delivered straight to their door.

• Shipping rates are dependent on the size of your headpiece.
• A tracking number will be emailed to you on fulfilment of your order.
• Parcels will be sent by Australia Post.
• Express and international postage is available please enquire before making your purchase for rates.
• We do not take responsibility for parcels once they are sent.
• Standard shipping will be posted 1-3 full business days from order date.
• Parcels will be sent Mon-Fri excluding public holidays.
• Dezignz by Maree is not responsible for any errors in postal addresses supplied by the customer.
• Dezignz by Maree is not held responsible for any shipping delays due to the carrier.
