Refund policy
Delivering a quality product is important to us, every headpiece is uniquely handmade by Maree Starkey and is personally checked as it is packed. All items are packed with care to ensure they land safely in your hands. We have tried to include as much product information as possible and multiple photos of each item to help you with your purchasing choices.
Of course while we want you to have a seamless shopping experience we do understand that you may need to return an item. Please follow the guidelines below.
- We will offer a refund if the item is faulty or product is not true to its description.
- Dezignz by Maree will not refund or exchange on any item that is deemed to be damaged or altered after purchase, misused, worn and not in original shipped condition. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED AND BE IN A SALEABLE CONDITION
- Please choose carefully, we do not refund for change of mind.
- Where possible we will work with you to rectify any issues you may have with the headpiece you have chosen.
- Returns can be made by contacting Dezignz by Maree at dezignzbymaree@gmail.com please supply name, order number and email. Please allow up to 5 days once your parcel is received to process returns.
- All returns need to be lodged within 5 days of receipt of parcel. Please provide a photo of faulty item to dezignzbymaree@gmail.com
- Once approved for return you will be required to return the item back to Dezignz by Maree for a credit, full refund or exchange if available.
- Shipping fees are not refundable. All goods are your responsibility until they reach us so please use (and keep) tracking on your parcel. Postage costs for returns is at your expense however mailing exchanges to you is at our cost.
